REPUBLICANS VOTE TO RIP HEALTHCARE FROM TENS OF MILLIONS
Yesterday, 217 Republicans celebrated passing a bill that would decimate healthcare for 24 million people, cuts $800 billion in Medicaid funding, provides tax cuts for the wealthy, revokes guaranteed coverage for people with pre-existing conditions, and so much more. Here is how every member of Congress voted on TrumpCare. The following 24 “yes" votes have been identified by DailyKos as among the most endangered Republicans up for re-election next year. Don't forget their names - now, in the months to come, and certainly not at the ballot box in 2018.

As for the breakdown? Every democrat voted against the bill, and 20 Republicans joined their side and also voted against TrumpCare. Send them a note saying thank you. Here are the 20 who said NO to TrumpCare: Mike Coffman (CO-6) | Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (FL-27) | Thomas Massie (KY-4) | Walter B. Jones (NC-3) | Frank A. LoBiondo (NJ-2) | Christopher H. Smith (NJ-4) | Leonard Lance (NJ-7) | Dan Donovan (NY-11) | John Katko (NY-24) | Michael R. Turner (OH-10) | David Joyce (OH-14) | Ryan A. Costello (PA-6) | Patrick Meehan (PA-7) | Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-8) | Charlie Dent (PA-15) | Will Hurd (TX-23) | Barbara Comstock (VA-10) | Jaime Herrera Beutler (WA-3) | Dave Reichert (WA-8)

What's Next? The bill goes to the Senate, where it will face its own fair share of challenges. “Any bill that has been posted less than 24 hours ... needs to be viewed with suspicion," U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham said. Start by calling your Senators and asking them to oppose TrumpCare and an Obamacare repeal. Capitol Switchboard: (202) 224-3121.

CLIMATE CHANGE LANGUAGE REMOVED FROM WHITE HOUSE WEBSITE
Just hours before demonstrators filled the streets for the People's Climate march on Friday, April 28, the Environmental Protection Agency's climate science website was taken down. The site, which explained what climate change is and described its causes and consequences, had existed in some form for two decades. The changes were made because, according to an agency spokesperson, "Our website needs to reflect the views of the leadership of the agency." Get in touch with the White House and tell them this is not acceptable. Call them at 202-456-1111.

SPEAKING OF CLIMATE CHANGE, US INVOLVEMENT IN PARIS AGREEMENT ON ROCKY GROUNDS
What is the Paris agreement? The agreement, signed by 196 countries, asks each country to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to regularly increase their ambitions. Signed by Obama in 2015, the US pledged to cut greenhouse gas emissions 26-28% below 2005 levels by 2025. Here's ten things you should know, according to the Nature Conservancy.

Senior administration officials have met twice over the last week to decide whether the US should abandon the agreement. According to the Washington Post, officials are considering whether the US should "stay in the agreement but renegotiate it in some form, or opt out entirely. Even if Trump decides to abandon the agreement — which is not a treaty, and therefore did not undergo Senate ratification — it may take three years for the United States to formally withdraw from it."
