Facilitate facebook conversations on the RISE Stronger secret group to align with the RISE mission and vision statements, informing and empowering people to champion a progressive democracy. Intervene in post comments to guide discussions toward inclusivity and create a welcoming space where listening, equity, and compassion are prioritized. Help educate to create allies in an intersectional movement. Help the community "go high", with a voice that is patient and kind, yet stern if needed to set boundaries.
